Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position. You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical installations.
Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and repairing faults, monitoring electrical systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation, strictly follow health, safety, and environmental procedures, and support continuous improvement and modernization projects across the facility.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, control panels, and automation equipment.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in a production or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for working with electrical installations.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a similar field.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting, documentation, and the use of maintenance management systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required and respond to urgent maintenance calls.
- Knowledge of Greek safety and industrial standards; additional certifications in electrical safety or automation are beneficial.
- Asset: Previous experience in the food or beverage industry, or in a high-standard FMCG manufacturing environment, is highly valued.

Technical Environment & Machinery:
- Production Lines: The facility operates three separate lines: one for PET, one for Glass, and one for Carton.
- Target Machinery: The PET and Glass lines utilize Sidel machines. The Carton line uses a different system. Experience with Sidel or Krones machinery is highly preferred.
- Transferable FMCG Skills: The search scope is open to the wider FMCG sector, not just liquid packaging. Candidates without exact Sidel/Krones experience will still be strongly considered if they have a solid background working with blowers, fillers, and conveyors, as these operational processes are highly transferable.
The gross salary is, before taxes:
- 2200 euros per month for Sidel technician a
- 1800 euros per month for technician with experience in bottling companies.
Language: Fluent English, or Greek nationals looking to relocate back home.
Allowances: 300 EUR monthly housing allowance + transportation to the plant (company van or car).
