Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position. You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on high-speed production and packaging equipment, ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical installations.
Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and repairing faults, monitoring electrical systems, conducting inspections, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will maintain technical documentation, strictly follow health, safety, and environmental procedures, and support continuous improvement and modernization projects across the facility.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, control panels, and automation equipment.
  • Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in a production or industrial environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment specifications.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and best practices for working with electrical installations.
  • Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a similar field.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting, documentation, and the use of maintenance management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required and respond to urgent maintenance calls.
  • Knowledge of Greek safety and industrial standards; additional certifications in electrical safety or automation are beneficial.
  • Asset: Previous experience in the food or beverage industry, or in a high-standard FMCG manufacturing environment, is highly valued.
