Freight Forwarder – Candidate Profile
We are looking for 2 experienced freight forwarders to join the Romania branch and support daily operational activities.
Main Expectations:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics
- Experience in express road transport and time critical shipments
- Existing network of carriers and transport contacts is highly preferred
- Ability to start operations immediately and manage shipments independently
- Strong communication and operational skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
- Customer-oriented and solution-driven mindset
Language Requirements:
- Mandatory: minimum one foreign language (English required)
- Additional foreign languages are considered an advantage
Additional Requirements:
- Professional references from previous or current employers/partners
- The ideal candidate is currently employed in another logistics or freight forwarding company
- Experience with international transport operations within Europe
Compensation:
- Fixed salary
- Additional commission-based percentage from generated business and profits
