About the Role

Our client is hiring a German‑speaking Account Executive to join their Customer Success team in Barcelona. You will support newly onboarded and existing hosts, improve account performance, and ensure long‑term client satisfaction within a fast‑growing property and hospitality project. The role is based in a modern office by the sea, with strong development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with new and existing hosts
  • Ensure client satisfaction and long‑term retention
  • Improve listing quality and account performance
  • Provide proactive, tailored solutions
  • Manage an account pipeline and meet growth targets
  • Track activities using CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Meet outreach and engagement KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Participate in training and development

 

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years in customer success, account management, or similar roles
  • Fluent German (C2) and strong English
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Target‑driven with excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
  • Hospitality or property background is an advantage
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail‑oriented
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
