About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Blue Prism
Translate business requirements into technical automation designs
Build reusable objects and processes aligned with best practices
Create SIT/UAT test scripts and support testing cycles
Produce deployment and hypercare documentation
Provide post‑go‑live support and root cause analysis
Integrate Blue Prism with REST APIs / Web Services
Contribute to continuous improvement of automation standards
Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years hands‑on Blue Prism development experience
Blue Prism Professional Developer accreditation (mandatory)
Proven delivery of 8+ automation projects within the last year
Strong understanding of best practices, exception handling, logging
Experience integrating Blue Prism with APIs / Web Services
Technical background in C#, Java, C++, or similar
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams
Must have recent (last 5 years) Blue Prism experience
Must be based in the UK and willing to relocate near London
