Job Description
- Formulate and lead the implementation of the overall expansion strategy, annual business plans, and revenue targets for overseas business, as well as the overseas expansion business of domestic clients
- Be responsible for the development of key clients and ecosystem cooperation, communicate with leading clients in business‑related fields based on the company’s technical capability planning, explore business models, and promote the implementation of cooperation projects
- Identify new business opportunities and expand into new industries and client resources through industry analysis and market insights, combined with the company’s product strategy and advantages, ensuring standardized, efficient, and scalable business expansion
- Establish and optimize cross‑department collaboration mechanisms to ensure efficient delivery of client requirements, drive product optimization and iteration, and achieve end‑to‑end closed‑loop management from business opportunities to revenue generation
Job Requirements
- More than five years of experience in business development, strategic cooperation, or sales in the internet, artificial intelligence, or related technology industries, with proven success in developing the overseas market in the Philippines
- Deep understanding of overseas markets and the Chinese overseas expansion ecosystem; candidates with strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, speech technology, and related fields, as well as accumulated client resources, are preferred
- Outstanding strategic thinking, market analysis capabilities, and business acumen, with the ability to independently conduct in‑depth industry research and generate valuable business insights
- Excellent negotiation and decision‑making abilities for large and complex projects, with experience managing strategic cooperation projects valued at over ten million RMB
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills and problem‑solving abilities, capable of collaborating efficiently with clients and internal teams across different regions and cultural backgrounds
Must‑Have Skills
- Experience in B‑end and G‑end business development, strategic cooperation, or sales within internet, artificial intelligence, or related technology industries
- Bachelor’s degree from Double First‑Class Universities
- Academic background in internet technology, artificial intelligence, marketing, international trade, computer science, or related majors
- Under thirty‑five years old
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Experience in developing and maintaining B‑end or G‑end key clients, including government agencies, operators, and large enterprises, with the ability to independently manage projects valued at tens of millions of RMB
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Working experience in Chinese‑funded technology enterprises such as Huawei, Huawei Cloud, Hikvision, Uniview, Hytera, Ruijie, or Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd.
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Male
- Familiarity with AI large models and intelligent speech‑related products, with business experience related to the Huawei Ascend ecosystem
- Possession of core client or channel resources in the Philippines region, including government agencies, operators, military industry, or large enterprises
- Experience working as a Country Manager or in similar roles, with proven success leading zero‑to‑one overseas business development
