About the Role

As a Java Software Developer, you will join the Backend Engineering department and contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s enterprise‑level applications platform. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, participate in design discussions, integrate with third‑party systems, and ensure the stability and performance of backend services.
This is a hands‑on role with significant impact on the platform’s scalability, reliability, and overall architecture.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise‑level backend applications
• Participate in functional design reviews and contribute to technical design decisions
• Collaborate with other development teams on shared components and integrations
• Integrate backend services with third‑party applications and products
• Manage all aspects of backend operations, including server maintenance, deployments, and live debugging
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

• Portuguese and English (basic Portuguese understanding required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java backend development

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Java (3+ years)
• Solid understanding of design patterns
• Experience working in multithreaded environments
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
• Experience with the Spring Framework
• Experience integrating with 3rd‑party APIs and systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming or high‑traffic platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise‑level architectures
