💡 The Role
We are seeking a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) technical authority for a contract role within a high-volume, AI-first marketing operations environment. You will lead platform delivery, own a time-boxed email migration sprint, and govern AI/Einstein feature activation across the entire SFMC environment.
Your responsibilities will span three core areas:

• Platform Authority: Oversee quality assurance across all email builds, journey configurations, and Data Extension architecture.
• Migration Lead: Own and execute a structured sprint to migrate a legacy email estate into SFMC Content Builder by a strict deadline.
• AI Activation Lead: Configure, test, and govern Einstein feature deployments across the platform. Note: This is a hands-on practitioner requirement, not an advisory role. You will configure STO and Content Selection, activate Data Cloud Einstein Discovery for predictive audiences, and establish strict QA controls for all AI outputs before production.

🎯 Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:

• SFMC Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Legacy Systems: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic v8.
• Core Architecture: Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Journey Builder architecture, Automation Studio (complex builds), and Content Builder governance.
• Technical Chops: Advanced AMPscript and SQL (specifically SFMC query activities).
• Hands-on AI Experience: Practical, deployed experience (not theoretical) with Data Cloud Einstein Discovery, Einstein STO, and Content Selection.

Strong Advantages:

• Experience with Databricks / flat file data feeds.
• Knowledge of REST / SOAP API transactional setups.
• Familiarity with Inbox Monster and WCAG 2.1 AA email standards.
• Understanding of CASL / CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Experience configuring Einstein Engagement Scoring (in suppression logic) and Einstein Messaging Insights monitoring.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Multiple active Salesforce certifications.
• ISO 27001 awareness.

⚡ Dedicated AI / Einstein Requirements
Because AI is at the core of this engagement, you must be capable of handling:

• Einstein Send Time Optimisation: Configuration, testing, and governance across Business Units.
• Einstein Content Selection: Setting up dynamic content and complex personalization rules.
• Data Cloud Einstein Discovery: Activating predictive audiences in live environments.
• Einstein Messaging Insights: Configuring anomaly detection and alert management.
• AI Governance: Implementing QA controls to ensure all Einstein outputs are validated before they hit production.

Rate: $85 – $110 per hour.
Context: A contract role where US Onshore is preferred. Responsibilities include acting as the platform authority, leading an email migration sprint, and configuring Einstein feature deployments.
