About the Role
As a Marketing Technology Developer, you will design and implement scalable marketing technology solutions that support cross‑channel digital initiatives. What You Will Do
- Develop responsive HTML & CSS email templates for marketing campaigns
- Build scalable marketing technology solutions aligned with business strategy
- Work with a wide range of tools: CRM systems, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, experience management software, mobile tracking solutions
- Automate marketing and sales processes to improve efficiency
- Integrate systems and data flows across multiple platforms
- Support cross‑channel digital marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams
- Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Enhance customer engagement through innovative marketing technology
Requirements
Non‑Negotiable:
- iGaming industry experience
- Online‑casino compliance background
- Strong expertise in HTML & CSS (especially for email development)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing technology platforms
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience (mid/senior level)
- Willingness to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and think creatively
- Passion for technology, automation, and data‑driven marketing
- Ability to design modular, scalable systems
