Job Description
- Familiar with smart home products and solutions, able to accurately identify customer needs, efficiently coordinate with product and R&D teams, and systematically organize pre‑sales materials and customized solutions
- Analyze industry channel development trends and formulate effective channel strategies; provide multi‑dimensional resource support including sales, technology, and products for channel partners, maintain efficient communication, collaborate to promote product marketing and service implementation, and continuously collect market and customer demand information
- Actively expand channel resources in line with the company’s marketing strategy, select high‑quality channel partners, and formulate and promote the implementation of channel cooperation plans
- Identify customer needs and pain points and conduct localized channel empowerment work based on regional market characteristics to enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of channel partners
- Continuously track industry trends and related product solutions, conduct competitor analysis and comparisons, dynamically assess the market competitive landscape, and effectively empower sales and product teams with analysis results to support business decisions and strategy optimization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors such as Languages, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Electronics
- More than five years of overseas sales experience, with more than three years of hands‑on experience in overseas localized operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong market insight, and high adaptability
- Relevant experience and technical background in the security and smart home industries, with strong technical comprehension ability
- Strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, and self‑motivation
Must‑Have Skills
- B2B pre‑sales consulting experience in the security and smart home industries
- Bachelor’s degree from Double First‑Class Universities in China
- Academic background in Languages, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Electronics, or related majors
- Under thirty‑five years old
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Overseas work experience with hands‑on involvement in overseas localized operations
- Familiarity with B2B key account pre‑sales processes and the ability to independently deliver customized solutions
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Work experience in Chinese‑funded enterprises
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Male preferred; overseas Chinese preferred
- Possession of customer or channel resources in the real estate, hotel, government, and large enterprise sectors in the Middle East
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a good professional image and demeanor
