Job Description
- Responsible for pre‑sales support of the company’s products and solutions
- Assist sales teams with pre‑sales demand research, customer requirement analysis, and preparation of technical proposals and bidding documents
- Explain technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and respond to customer technical inquiries
- Support sales teams in promoting and selling the company’s products and solutions
- Provide timely feedback on customer opinions and product or technical issues to the technical department
- Analyze customer business needs, enhance solution design, and assist delivery teams during solution implementation
- Provide technical training to internal sales and pre‑sales teams as well as external partners
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation, Logistics Management, or related fields
- At least three years of relevant experience in logistics automation, e‑commerce, ERP/WMS system solution design, technical consulting, or project bidding
- Strong capabilities in demand analysis, requirement guidance, and solution design for production logistics, manufacturing warehousing, e‑commerce, and related IT systems
- Excellent technical communication and presentation skills
- Strong teamwork mindset and resource coordination ability
- Willingness to work overseas for extended periods or undertake long‑term business trips; overseas work experience is preferred
- Fluent in Korean and Chinese
Must‑Have Skills
- Pre‑sales technical support or solution design experience in logistics automation, intelligent manufacturing, or warehousing automation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Willingness to work overseas long‑term or travel frequently for business
- Fluency in Korean and Chinese or English
- South Korean nationality or Chinese Chaoxianzu holding an F4 visa
- Ability to independently manage the full pre‑sales process for logistics automation or intelligent manufacturing projects in the South Korean market, including demand analysis, bilingual technical solution preparation, and customer presentations
- Familiarity with South Korean industrial scenarios and customer needs
- Ability to work in Seoul on a long‑term basis
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Pre‑sales experience in South Korea’s intelligent manufacturing and logistics warehousing industry, including serving major enterprises such as Samsung, LG, or CJ Logistics
- Familiarity with industrial robots, AMR mobile robots, warehouse management systems, and related products
- Experience preparing full‑cycle project bidding documentation
- Existing customer or channel partner resources in South Korea’s manufacturing and logistics industries
- Experience supporting overseas pre‑sales projects and coordinating internal and external resources to drive solution implementation
- Technical training experience is a plus

- Work location: Seoul, South Korea
