Position Overview
We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Nurses (Pflegefachkräfte) to join a premier healthcare and rehabilitation provider in Western Germany. Key Offerings & Compensation
- Employment Status: Secure, permanent German employment contract.
- Working Hours: Full-time (typically around 39 hours per week, structured according to tariff regulations).
- Salary Range: €3,500 – €4,500 gross/month, depending heavily on your specific qualifications, years of experience, shift models, and official German recognition (Anerkennung) status.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Language Skills: Minimum B2 German certificate (or equivalent proven proficiency). Strong communication is essential for patient care and documentation.
- Professional Recognition:
- Priority 1: Candidates with full German professional recognition (Urkunde/vollständige Anerkennung) are highly preferred.
- Priority 2: Candidates with B2 German who are not yet fully recognized, but have a complete set of documents and a realistic recognition pathway. Our client will fully support and guide you through the official German recognition (Anerkennung) process.
- Documentation: You must possess clean, organized documentation regarding your nursing qualifications, language certificates, and current recognition status.
