About the Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career in Barcelona? We are looking for a German‑speaking Sales Acquisition Specialist to support a leading travel and hospitality platform. In this role, you will focus on the German market, driving new business acquisition by identifying potential hosts, engaging prospects, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment where you’ll build strong relationships, manage a full sales pipeline, and contribute directly to the expansion of the platform’s professional host network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential hosts and partners through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
  • Deliver tailored sales pitches and guide prospects through the onboarding process
  • Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders
  • Educate clients on platform features, market trends, and best practices
  • Manage and progress opportunities through the sales pipeline to meet KPIs and targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Provide insights based on client interactions and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and achieve shared goals
  • Participate in training, development, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives

Candidate Profile (Non‑Negotiable Requirements)

  • C2 level German
  • C1 level English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and pipeline management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Target‑driven, results‑oriented, and resilient
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • High attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Salary & Compensation

  • 24,310 € gross/year base salary
  • Up to 4,290 € gross/year performance bonus
