Job Description

  • Develop medium- and long-term sales strategies for the assigned country or region to support sustainable business growth
  • Conduct customer development activities, identify business opportunities, and communicate the value of the company’s products and solutions
  • Formulate business development plans for key accounts, conduct regular customer visits, organize product, technical, and business training sessions, align business plans and progress with customers, and maintain long-term win-win partnerships
  • Act as the primary owner to coordinate and resolve issues during business operations and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Accumulate and manage business data through sales tools, perform regular analysis and reviews, identify gaps in execution, and adjust sales strategies to achieve higher performance targets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Automation, Marketing, or related fields are preferred
  • At least three years of experience in key account sales within industrial automation, robotic arms, manufacturing, or logistics industries, or experience in integrated project sales or technical roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; honest, pragmatic, responsible, and highly motivated, with good team spirit
  • Excellent communication and summarization skills
  • Korean as a working language; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus

Must-Have Skills

  • Key account sales experience in industrial automation, robotic arm or articulated robot, intelligent manufacturing, or logistics automation industries, or experience in integrated project sales or technical roles with full project lifecycle exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Language proficiency in Korean plus English or Chinese
  • South Korean nationality or Chinese Chaoxian ethnic group holding an F4 visa
  • Strong background in robotic arm or articulated robot industries with hands-on key account sales experience
  • Familiarity with the South Korean industrial automation market and possession of key account resources in core sectors such as automotive manufacturing, lithium battery, or logistics
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification to contract signing and order fulfillment

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Sales experience in the South Korean industrial automation market, including serving leading enterprises such as Samsung, LG, CJ Logistics, or Hyundai Motor, with successful key account cases
  • Existing key account, channel partner, or system integrator resources in industrial automation, robotic arms, or logistics automation sectors
  • Engineering or technical background, with the ability to understand core product technologies and communicate effectively with technical teams and customer engineering departments
  • Strong sales performance record, including experience closing projects or products with annual sales exceeding RMB ten million
  • Proven capability in market analysis and sales strategy development, with the ability to create customized expansion plans for the South Korean market
  • High resilience under pressure and adaptability to frequent customer visits
