Context: Our end client is running a high-volume Salesforce Marketing Cloud programme across the US and Canada. We need to place five contractors across the delivery team. Senior MOPs Specialist (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) – URGENT HIRE
Role Overview This is our most urgent position. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations (MOPs) Specialist who can operationalize AI directly within a production environment. This is an ongoing, intelligent, high-volume MOPs role where AI is embedded into every workflow, rather than just a one-off configuration task.

Compensation (Hourly Rate)
- US-based candidates: Starting at $70 USD / hour.
- Europe & South Africa candidates: Starting at $45 USD / hour.

What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day journey orchestration, Automation Studio operations, SQL query activities, and Data Cloud segmentation.
- Manage workflows in a high-volume environment (handling 50+ campaigns and 5–10 journey builds per month).
- Apply Einstein Engagement Scoring to suppress low-probability contacts, manage frequency capping, and drive re-engagement branching in live production logic.
- Embed Einstein Send Time Optimization (STO) into journey entry and send logic on an ongoing basis.
- Activate propensity-scored audiences in live production journeys using Data Cloud predictive segments.
- Monitor ongoing AI performance by tracking the impact of Einstein features against engagement KPIs.
Skills & Experience Requirements
Must Have:
- Senior-level expertise in SFMC Journey Builder
- Automation Studio and SQL (SFMC query activities)
- Data Extension management and Salesforce Data Cloud segmentation
- Expertise in suppression and frequency logic
- CASL compliance knowledge (Canada)
- Proven production experience embedding Einstein Engagement Scoring and Einstein STO directly into journey logic and send activities
Strong Advantage:
- AMPscript (Intermediate to Senior level)
- Experience with Databricks or flat file data feeds
- Familiarity with Monday.com for workflow management
- High-volume Business As Usual (BAU) operations experience (50+ campaigns/month)
- Utilizing Einstein Copy Insights within campaign QA workflows
- Data Cloud predictive audience activation
Nice to Have:
- Previous background with Adobe Campaign Classic
- Official Salesforce certifications
- French/English bilingual fluency (for the Canadian market)
