Role Overview

We are looking for German-speaking freelancers who want to enter or grow in sales. You will contact companies that are currently hiring, check if they need recruitment support, and book calls with decision-makers.

We provide the calling software, scripts, data, and full training. This role is fully remote and can be done from any country.

 

What You Will Do

  • Call hiring managers based on verified vacancies
  • Confirm whether they need external recruitment support
  • Create interest and set appointments
  • Optional: support client acquisition for extra commissions
  • Use our scripts, CRM/lists, and paid calling system

No previous sales experience is required. Training is included.

 

Earnings

This is a commission-based role with clear, realistic earning potential.

  • Average earnings: 2,000–4,000 USD/month
  • High performers: 5,000–10,000 USD/month
  • Minimum commission per new client: 500 USD

Results depend on consistency. One of our beginners reached 5,000 EUR/month by month 5.

For strong performers, we offer the option to transition into a full-time role with a base salary plus commissions.

 

Requirements

  • German B2–C1
  • English B2
  • Laptop + reliable internet
  • Consistent availability between 9:00–17:00 CET (1–2 hours/day)
  • Ability to follow a structured process and learn quickly

We cover all calling costs and provide all tools required.
