Palantir Frontend engineers + Technical Lead

Client is a large Property & Casualty insurer running a multi-year strategic transformation program
in collaboration with a major AI/data platform provider. Client focuses on modernizing
underwriting, exposure management, and submission processes through advanced data and AI
platforms.
Case
Client is launching “Project X – Exposure Management & Submission Automation,” an enterprise
AI program within insurance workflows. Candidate will join a Palantir-focused squad delivering
exposure management and submission automation solutions.
For the Palantir Front-End Engineers, candidate will:
– Build and enhance front-end workflows and applications in Palantir Foundry and/or AIP.
– Develop UI components for submission intake, triage, and exposure management (including SoV
intake and risk modeling).
– Support global submission and clearance flows with document intake and API integrations.
– Integrate solutions with pricing tools, policy administration systems, and other internal systems.
– Collaborate with data and ontology engineers and participate in cross-squad agile ceremonies.
– Ensure seamless integration with multiple downstream and adjacent enterprise systems across
the insurance landscape.
– Deliver production-ready, high-quality UX solutions.
For the Palantir Technical Lead / Squad Lead, candidate will:
– Own solution architecture and technical design for Foundry/AIP implementations.
– Lead exposure management solutions from PoC to production.
– Define standards for ontology usage, workflow design, and system integrations.
– Coordinate with Client and platform provider squads and support backlog prioritization.
– Lead workshops and ensure security, performance, and reliability of production systems.
– Establish governance standards and release processes for scalable enterprise deployment.
Must-haves:
– 3–5+ years of software engineering experience (FE Engineers) and 5–10+ years (Technical
Lead).
– Minimum 2+ years (FE Engineers) and 3+ years (Technical Lead) of hands-on Palantir Foundry
and/or AIP experience.
– Proven experience building production-grade workflows and applications on Foundry/AIP.
– Strong front-end development skills (e.g., React, TypeScript or similar technologies).
– Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems (for Lead: ≥5 data sources).
– Experience translating business requirements into technical implementations.
– End-to-end implementation experience from discovery/PoC to production (Lead role).
– Strong communication skills to interact with business and senior technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves:
– Experience in Property &Casualty insurance and/or London Market.
– Familiarity with underwriting, exposure management, submission, or risk modeling processes.
– Experience integrating Foundry/AIP with pricing or policy administration platforms.
– Experience leading squads in multi-party environments (client + platform provider + vendor).
– Experience establishing agile ways of working, governance, and release processes in distributed
teams.
